- Standard Turnaround Time: All in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 14-21 business days from the date of order confirmation. Please allow additional time for shipping. You will be notified in advance of longer processing times.
- Holiday Orders: Due to high demand during holiday seasons, orders may take longer to process. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.
- Custom created Monograms and Designs: Custom-made items may require additional processing time. Specific turnaround times for these items will be provided at the time of order.
- Rush Fees: Rush fees will be applied to orders needed in less than 2 weeks and will be determined based on the order. Rush fees will be communicated prior to finalizing the order.
RETURNS POLICY
- Personalized Items: Personalized items are non-refundable unless there is an error on our part. If we make a mistake with your personalized order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Non-Personalized Items: For non-personalized items, returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
